who are we?
MEET THE TEAM
ANDY SCHOFIELD
Travel’s in Andy’s blood. Since 1978, he’s run campsites, coach companies, and travel agencies — even organising a 250-person world tour and Ibiza’s first Jumbo Jet landing (he wasn’t flying!).
ANGELA SCHOFIELD
With a background in fashion and boutique retail, Angie brought her flair for detail and people skills into travel in 2014. Now Festival Director, she leads operations, customer care, and brand growth at Harmony Voyages.
STEVE FLYNN
Steve manages the company’s tech and data with 25 years’ IT experience. He also leads birdwatching walks at the festivals. Away from screens, he’s a Blackburn Rovers fan who loves exploring nature.
JOHN WATTERSON
John, former business pro turned ‘Fake Thackray’ performer, now directs Costa Festivals entertainment programme. Since 2019, he ensures top-quality entertainment that matches the luxury and scenery of Harmony Voyages’ events.
LIOUX HEAP
Lioux brings 25+ years’ event experience, including Sidmouth and Towersey Festivals. Former Play Specialist and 2012 Olympics Games Maker, she now manages the smooth running of our festivals.
KIERON FITZGERALD
Kieron supports festival planning and cruise operations. With retail travel expertise, he offers personalised holiday advice, combining a love of music and travel to help you discover unforgettable experiences.
ANDY WEBSTER
Andy, a musician and musical director for 30 years, organises large music events and runs ukulele workshops at the festivals. He brings strong customer focus to Harmony Voyages and enjoys leading guided Lakeland walking holidays.
LAUREN SCHOFIELD
Lauren, passionate about music and travel, leads the creative marketing and visual branding of Harmony Voyages and Costa Festivals—including the websites, programmes, brochures, merchandise, and more!
MADELINE SPEAR
You’ll probably spot Madeline at one of the Costa’s with a phone in hand capturing content for our social media channels. If you’ve ever chatted to us over on Facebook, it’s her you’ll be speaking to!

Alice, our youngest team member, supports the digital marketing team with newsletter creation and website updates. When not working, she’s a studying her degree in Digital Marketing!

Emma, our Travel Advisor with 16 years’ experience, offers expert holiday advice and friendly support over the phone. When not working, she enjoys Lake District walks, camper trips, and joining Pilates at Costa festivals.
